INGREDIENTS
1 ¼ cup white whole-wheat flour
¾ cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 egg
½ cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Heat oven to 350 F. Mix flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Add egg, yogurt, and vanilla and mix. It may take some mixing to get to a cookie batter consistency but do not give up! Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop small balls of batter onto parchment paper or silicon baking mats . Bake for 15 minutes or until slightly browned. Store in an air-tight container for one day.
