Ingredients
- 3 lb beef roast
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- ½ of a 12 oz. jar of pepperoncini
- ½ c. Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- 4 sub rolls
- 8 slices of provolone cheese
Instructions
- Slice the onion and green pepper.
- Put the beef roast in the slow cooker and top with onion, green pepper, and pepperoncini. Pour the salad dressing over the top.
- Cook for 8-10 hours.
- Just before serving remove the beef and shred.
- Serve on sub rolls with provolone cheese.
