Pineapple Cheese Spread

Whenever I make this for a party it is always the first thing to be eaten! Everyone loves it and asks me for the recipe!

Only 2 ingredients, thats all you’ll need! This is such a simple recipe to make yet so delicious! It’s always a hit when I make it and goes super fast! I always have guests ask me for the recipe afterwards. You can either spread it on crackers or veggies or put it in a bowl and use it as a dip. It is a real treat!

“Would recommend that you “completely” drain your pineapple and then add the juice as needed. I ended up with a spread that had too much juice and then had to drain it. Nothing fancy here, just a nice, simple cheese spread that you can put together in minutes. You get a good balance of sweetness from the pineapple and savory from the chopped onion.”

Pineapple Cheese Spread

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese softened
8 oz can pineapple crushed

Instructions

1. Combine an 8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese with an 8 oz. can of well-drained can of crushed pineapple. Mix well.
2. Spread pineapple mixture on crackers or celery sticks or use as a dip.
