
Old Bay Baked Oyster Crackers
Serves 6; 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 10 oz oyster crackers
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
- 1/4 tablespoon salt
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 250°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the butter, Old Bay, Worcestershire, mustard powder, chives, and salt.
- Add crackers and toss to coat.
- Spread crackers evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Flip crackers over and bake until golden brown, 5-10 minutes more.
- Let cool 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
