My favorite breakfast ever is cream chipped beef over hash browns or toast. If I am at a diner I will order cream chipped beef over toast with a side of fried potatoes so I get the best of both worlds, but if I’m making it at home, white bread it is. I am picky about my cream chipped beef. It has to be good beef, full of beef, and over white toast. I spent about 5 minutes looking at labels in the grocery store, searching for the least junk filled bread for this morning’s cream chipped beef.
Since places that make good cream chipped beef can be hard to come by, and tend to be limited to certain areas, I thought I would share my favorite and easy cream chipped beef recipe with you today. In fact, it’s so easy, don’t even bother buying it out when you can make it yourself. Best part? It’s gluten-free.
