DILL PICKLE SALTINES


With their zesty ranch and dill pickle infusion, these crackers will surely become your new favorite snack, perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients:

2 (11 ounce) boxes of mini crackers (such as saltines)
½ cup (1 stick) of unsalted butter, melted
1 packet (about 1 ounce) of zesty ranch seasoning mix
1 tablespoon of brine from dill pickles
1 tablespoon of dried dill weed
1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Instructions:

Start by preheating your oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the mini crackers in a large mixing bowl, getting ready to infuse them with flavor.
In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, zesty ranch seasoning mix, dill pickle brine, dried dill weed, and garlic powder. Stir these ingredients together until they create a flavorful and aromatic mixture.
Now, pour this zesty butter mixture over the mini crackers in the large mixing bowl. Gently toss and coat all the crackers, ensuring that each one gets a generous and zesty coating.
Transfer the seasoned crackers to the prepared baking sheet, spreading them out evenly.
