INGREDIENTS
6 pork chops
20 oz. pineapple chunks with juice
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce
20 oz. pineapple chunks with juice
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce
DIRECTIONS
Place pork chops in a plastic storage bag; mix remaining ingredients; pour over pork chops in bag.
Seal bag and refrigerate overnight.
Transfer to slow cooker.
Cover. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours, or until done.
