
I was given this recipe years ago by a Chef at a restaurant in upstate NY It’s fantastic, cool and refreshing. This recipe will make 2 pies but I use a big pie plate and pile it high, very pretty.
Ingredients:
2 favorite graham cracker crusts
1 can(s) 14oz sweetened condensed milk
1 9 oz prepared whipped topping
4 Tbsp lemon juice
16 oz can(s) cruhed pineapple (drained)
chopped walnuts for topping
Directions:
1. Beat together condensed milk,whipped topping and lemon juice. fold in the drained crushed pineapple.
2. Pour into 2 med sized prepared graham cracker crust, (or one large) sprinkle chopped walnuts over the top, refrigerated about 4 hours
