  • 4 Strawberries
  • 1 Hand of Blueberries

For this detox water drink, we’re going to slice them all and we’ll add them in a jar with distilled 12 ounces (350ml) water and after that, we’ll add about 1 teaspoon of stevia. This is just a great sweet and healthy stuff.  You can drink this as much as you want, but within 1 week your body will get detoxified like never before.

MINT & CITRUS DETOX WATER

  • 1 Hand of mint
  • 1 Sliced lemon
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 Cucumber

Slice them all and put them in a distilled 12 ounce (350ml) of water and leave it in the refrigerator for 12 hours so you can get the maximum benefits from these ingredients.

DETOX TEA

  • 1 lemon
  • 1 Inch / 1 cm of Ginger
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Turmeric

So first of all, start with squeezing the lemon and after that, cut the ginger in circles. After cutting the ginger put it into a wooden mortar and start squeezing it, after it gets squeezed add the squeezed lemon, Cayenne Pepper, Turmeric and keep mashing it. Now, put them all into a jar filled with hot boiling water and leave it for at least 3 hours. Then, use a strainer and separate the water from the ingredients. CINNAMON GREEN TEA

  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • Green Tea
  • Mint

For this detox water recipe, we’re going to start with pouring 12 ounces (350 ml) of water and put 2 cinnamon sticks to boil. After the water starts to boil, leave it for 5 more minutes. After that, put the tea bag in a jar and pour the boiled water over the tea, then put something over so the boiled water won’t be able to evaporate. Leave it for at least 45 minutes and then drink it.

GREEN DETOX SMOOTHIE

  • 1 Kale
  • Spinach
  • Grapefruit
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Lime or Lemon
  • 1 Teaspoon of Black Seed
  • 1 Carrot

Pour all the mixture into a blender and squeeze the lime or lemon (depends on what you have) and the black seed over the mixture then, start blending it up.  Once mixed up, drink it right away!
